We collect name, email address, TradingView username, UPI payment references (UTR numbers), and usage data. We do not collect financial account details, card numbers, or sensitive banking information.
Your information is used to provide indicator access, process payments, send service emails, and improve the platform. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Your TradingView username is used solely to grant and manage indicator access through TradingView's official permissions API. We do not access your TradingView account or trading data.
UPI payments are made directly to our UPI ID. We only store the UTR reference number for verification. We do not store your UPI credentials or bank account details.
We use industry-standard encryption and security practices. Your password is hashed and never stored in plain text. API keys and credentials are encrypted at rest.
We use essential cookies for authentication sessions. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
You can request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting us. Upon deletion, your TradingView access will be revoked and personal data removed.
